Visit to Art Stamper

Art Stamper shots taken by Joan and me at our last visit to him and Kay, at the homeplace in Shepherdsville, KY, June 2004. Art took us for rides all over his large farm, on his small All Terrain Vehicle, “the only thing I ever owned that I did not need.” Much music played, as usual.

Earl Scruggs visits Pete in Niwot, 2006

Earl Scruggs came to town, and Hot Rize was honored to share the bill with him at Boulder’s Chautauqua Auditorium. Joan and I were personally honored that Earl paid us a visit at our home. Earl’s music has undoubtedly changed my life.
