Service Delays: USPS is now not guaranteeing delivery times, with expected times longer than before.
The USPS has announced service delays* that may add days to normal shipping with the the U.S. All of our products are shipped via USPS, which has long been the most cost-efficient method, and we do not use other shipping services. We regret these unprecedented delays and are unable to guarantee delivery dates at this time. Previous expected times are listed on the Shipping page, and we hope to restore those once USPS is back on track. Our delivery estimates have typically allowed a few extra days besides USPS guarantees, to allow for processing/packaging. Thanks for your patience.
* Priority Mail’s two and three day service commitments now will be extended to three and four days respectively. (see USPS Priority domestic mail, April 17)
With the extra day extension, customers should expect delivery using Priority Mail Open and Distribute (PMOD) to range from two to four days nationwide. First-Class Package Service (FCPS) two and three day service commitments will also be extended to three and four days respectively.
Customers will continue to receive end-to-end visibility and improved product tracking, as well as up to $50 in free insurance.
Non-U.S. shipments are experiencing significant delays, resulting in delays of 30 days or more.
